Lumia Saga: Adjudge | Adjudicator for PvE Team Talent Build Guide & Skill/Spells Allotment.

I tested a lot of talents combination, for this to create the best Adjudge | Adjudicator PvE Build for Team Mission Events.
I had to compare talents vs. talents in the same tier by using formula calculations, etc.
Just to make sure that this specific talent is greater than the other talents.
But I decided to not include them in this guide since it will take a lot of explanation and video time.
So without further ado, let's start with the talent first.

Adjudge | Adjudicator Talent Tier Tree Build

Adjudge Talent Tier 30
Sanction vs Adjudication vs Haste.
Recommended Talent: Adjudication.

This PvE Team Build is built to use skills as much as you can, thus reducing cooldown from using skills is a priority.
Adjudication Talent reduces the base cooldown of Thunder Stroke by 2 seconds.
This is a great talent since Thunder Stroke doesn't have energy cost and a low cooldown of 8 seconds.
At level 5 Adjudication, your Thunder Stroke new cooldown would be 6 seconds.
Thunder Stroke is just a glorified version of your basic attack (Warhammer Swing).
It has almost double damage and you gain 100 energy for Thunder Stroke (Basic Attack gains 75 Energy)
But Adjudication Talent is still the best option for this Talent Tier 30.
Sanction increases Thunder Stroke Crit Rate (Chance) to 20%.
So take your Base Crit (by clicking the face icon at the upper left) and add the bonus Crit Rate from Sanction.
So if you have 20% base crit, your total crit for Thunder Stroke would be 40% and it is equivalent to a 9.09% average damage increase for Thunder Stroke.
For that case, Adjudication is still the best option and I will further explain it later at higher tier talents.
Haste Talent, on the other hand, does provide a minimal increase of 5% Haste which isn't worth it.

Adjudge Talent Tier 35
Wild Thunder vs Thunder Blaze vs Resurrect.
Recommended Talent: Wild Thunder.

Wild Thunder refreshes Thunder Stroke Cooldown when you use Warhammer Swing (Basic Attack) for 25% chance.
So does having both Adjudication (reduce thunder stroke cooldown) and Wild Thunder(refreshes thunder stroke cooldown) make sense?
Initially, I doubt if it would be beneficial since their purpose is very similar and kinda repetitive.
However, after a lot of testing from mobs to bosses. I conclude that if you don't get the Adjudication and use Wild Thunder alone, you will have less than 50% chance to actually refresh the cooldown of thunder strike when the cooldown is at 6 seconds (2 seconds left to cooldown Thunder Stroke) and that's when you face a steady enemy/boss. The chance will be greatly reduced if the enemy is moving like enemy mobs.
Therefore if you have both talents, you will throw a lot of Thunder Stroke frequently.
Thunder Blaze Talent will provide you bonus energy of 50 when the Storming Rage goes Crit.
However, relying on crit isn't worth it and the 50 energy isn't worth it also.
Storming Rage is an AoE Skill and we should prefer the single target skill counterpart which is Thunderclap Rage which will be explained later part when I discuss Active Skill allotment.
Resurrect Talent increases your PENE at 15% but PENE is not equal to overall damage, it is referred to a damage type that goes through the defense of the enemy, so 15% pene is a minimal increase.

Adjudge Talent Tier 40
Lament vs Command vs Energy.
Recommended Talent: Command.

Both Lament and Command improve both rage skills (Thunderclap rage and Storming rage).
So we are gonna choose which talent is better.
Lament increase Crit DMG while Command reduces energy cost.
50 Less energy cost is better than 50% Bonus Crit Damage.
In Lumia Saga, Crit Damage = Bonus 50% damage or total damage of 150%.
Lament will add another 50%, thus you will have total damage of 200%.
From 150% Total Damage to 200% Total Damage is equivalent to a 33.33% increased damage.
So that's a great percentage right? However, you need to include the Crit Rate into the equation also, so if you have 20% base crit and 33.33% increased damage from Lament, that would be 6.66% average increase damage if you take crit rate into the consideration.
That's left us with a Command Talent, a 50 less energy cost from 320 energy cost for Thunderclap is equivalent to 15.6% reduce cost.
However, you need to include the energy circumstance that you gain from basic attacks and thunder stroke.
There will be a circumstance or chance that it takes the same number of basic attack from reaching the minimum energy cost required for thunderclap rage or storming rage.
But I still prefer energy cost since you will cast a lot more rage skills than relying on crit chances.
Energy Talent increases your energy pool or mana pool to 250 energy.
This is useless since most of the time your active skills don't have a cooldown and you are frequently out of energy thus increasing energy cap is useless.

Adjudge Talent Tier 45
Crit vs Thriller vs Repentance.
Recommended Talent: Repentance.

Repentance Talent reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Conviction by 5 seconds.
Thriller Talent will immobilize the target for 2 seconds, slowing down the target by 30% after the effect ends, lasting 3 seconds.
Crit Talent increases by 10% Crit.
Repentance is clearly the winner here since we need more Hammer of Conviction since aside from dealing damage, it has a self-buff that provides you a bonus 10% increased damage for 10 seconds.
So if you have a level 5 Repentance Talent, you will always have a bonus 10% increased damage since the duration and the cooldown would be the same.
Thriller, on the other hand, would be suitable for PvP events.
Crit Talent relies on your base crit and chances, I would rather have 10% stable bonus damage buff.

Adjudge Talent Tier 50
Commandment vs Hymn vs Champion.
Recommended Talent: Hymn.

Commandment makes your Sacred Therapy have another bonus self-buff of increase moving speed by 50% for 3 seconds. This is great for PvP Events.
Hymn makes your Sacred Therapy clears 1 debuff for yourself.
Champion makes your Hammer of Judgement recovers 8% HP per second, lasting 4 seconds when you have less than 30% Max HP.
We need Sacred Therapy and we don't have another active skill slot for Hammer of Judgement,
That leaves us for Hymn talent because movement speed isn't important for PvE Team Mission Events and clearing debuff is a bonus feature since boss enemies have negative status effect skills.

Adjudge Skill Active Skill Allotment.

Since we have Adjudication - Wild Thunder - Command - Repentance - Hymn Talents.
Our Skill Slot would be Thunderclap Rage - Thunder Stroke  - Hammer of Conviction and Sacred Therapy.
Thunderclap Rage is the only skill that requires energy and it has no cooldown.
You can only cast this skill by using your basic attacks and Thunder Stroke to gain energy.
We don't include Storming Rage since it is an AoE skill, we need Thunderclap Rage instead since it is a powerful Single Target Skill. Please remember that boss enemy is much difficult than mob enemies, so Thunderclap rage is a much better alternative.
Don't forget to CONFIGURE Sacred Therapy by pressing the manual/autocast button for 2 seconds and a pop up will appear. Click the Sacred Therapy and adjust the advance settings "Release when one's health is lower than percentage HP you've set".
It is better to set it at a percentage that it doesn't waste energy and not so much lower since the cooldown of the Sacred Therapy is at 30 seconds.
