Overhit Hero Spotlight: Cicero Tips & Tricks

Basic Information for Cicero
SR Male Hero.
Physical Damage - Melee Attack
Dark Class - Tank Type

True Tank Type
Cicero is a true tank hero in dark class because of it's S1 (1st Skill) and S2 (2nd Skill).
His Leadership Skill is also a defensive skill but it only provides 5% Decrease DMG Taken.
Unlike other semi-tank type heroes, Cicero provides not only High HP/DEF but it can also heal and buff (DEF+) Allies at the same time.

Let's talk about his S1 Skill Wings of Astraea.
BUFF ALL allies with DEF (Success Rate:100% / 60s Cooldown)
HEAL 2 Allies for percentage of it's ATK (Heals Allies that have the lowest HP Alive)
COOLDOWN 60 Seconds.

It has low cooldown for a healing skill, so you can use Wings of Astraea in situations that you need to cycle heal fast.
It's cooldown is equal to it's Buff duration making it a supportive skill that you can cycle.
A fully upgraded Cicero can effectively heal any ally to it's full HP. However it can heal only 2 allies at the same time.

Let's talk about his S2 Skill Elegant Strike.
Deal Damage to a single main target enemy and additionally apply the final attack to other two enemies and the main target enemy included.
Cast REFLECTED DMG on SELF that reflects percentage of damage (Success Rate: 100% / Duration: 30s)
COOLDOWN 84 Seconds.

The Elegant Strike makes Cicero a Hybrid Single Target Nuker / AoE Damage Dealer.
Unlike other Single Target Attack Skill that has a chance to attack heroes aside from the frontline, the Elegant Strike will only strike an enemy hero who is in the front line.
So use Elegant Strike to surely knock the low HP enemies in the frontline!
The final attack of the Elegant Strike will hit 2 nearest enemies of your main target, so this isn't a random target skill which makes it predictable and helps you plan your attacks more easier.

There are 3 Strikes in Elegant Strike, the first 2 strike will damage the main target only while the final strike will damage 3 enemies at the same time.
1st Strike 30% Damage of the (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK)
2nd Strike 20% Damage of the (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK)
MAIN TARGET 3rd Strike 50% Damage of the (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK)
TWO OTHER NEAREST ENEMIES 3rd Strike 43% Damage of the (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK)
Your main target enemy will receive all (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK) while the other enemies will receive 43% (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK) damage.
Making it a total output damage of = 100% + 43% + 43% = 186% of (XXX = Skill Percentage of ATK)!!!
An upgraded level 5 Elegant Strike skill will have 345.2% of ATK Skill Percentage which is as strong as other SSR level 3 Single Target Skill but the elegant strike has a final strike that can hit extra two enemies.
If you have a level 5 Elegant Strike, the total damage output to a team would be 345.2% x 1.86 = 642% which only SSR that has a powerful aoe skill can match that damage.
The only problem with the Elegant Strike is Cicero is only a SR hero, it would have limited stats compared to the SSR but when you fully upgraded Cicero, Elegant Strike is still a powerful endgame offensive skill.

Campaign/Terra Shift/Dimension Gate = Cicero shines at campaign because of it's supporting skills and tank hp.
Raid = Cicero is useful in raid because even if you have a decent cicero upgrade, you can still use him at back row because of it's heal and def buffs.
You can also cycle it's S1 Wings of Astraea to survive more longer.
PVP = Aside from his S1 Skill effectiveness in PVP, you can use S2 effectively by using it in the right situation.
With S2, you can kill support/fighter type with very low HP hiding behind a frontline hero.
You can also kill a very low HP frontline hero while damaging it's two nearby enemies.
Exploration = You need a hero who has a effective healing skill for Exploration and Cicero is good healer hero with defensive buffs.
