Counter FAST attacks with a TAP
Counter STRONG attacks with a SWIPE over Enemy.
Double Tap to finish an Enemy on the ground.
If there is an Enemy coming to stop your Finisher, you can stop the finisher and counter him first.
Once the Special is full, just tap the Special Icon and Tap to the enemy you want to perform Special with.
When the Boss is doing a SPECIAL, the INDICATOR shows when it will activate. Just tap outside the indicator to DODGE.
Remember, defeat the Boss by using your TAP, SWIPE and DODGE.

Certain Weapon Classes have an advantage or disadvantage against other weapons.
Having an advantage will increase your Hero's Power Rating for that Fight.

You can determine a ranged enemy by it's weapon and attack angle indicator.
Look for the indicator and where it want to shoot and avoid that by countering it with a TAP or SWIPE.
The range attack can also be dodge by moving as it is shot.
Other Enemies can be hit by a dodged projectile.
You can also attack enemies that are not currently highlighted with either a TAP or SWIPE.

Earn keys through fights to be able to unlock new chests.
Unlocking chests will give you cards and the higher tier chests you unlock, the higher tier cards you'll also get.
If you get duplicate cards, collect those to upgrade your Heroes.
Upgrading your characters will increase it's Vitals (Health, Speed, Power, Combo)

Into The Badlands Champions Android/iPhone Tip #3: Defeating Hard Difficulty Level.

The difference between Easy, Med, Hard difficulty is the amount of damage you can deal to the enemy and the damage they can deal to you. The higher the difficulty, the longer you can knockdown or kill them and the easier they can kill you because of their high damage. It is better to use a character that has an advantage for less difficulty.

Always wait for counter attacks specially when facing a lot of enemies. It is much easier if there is only one enemy who has an attack animation. Otherwise if you face a lot of enemies that are attacking you, just attack them once and transfer the attack to the farthest attacking enemy. You will be hit if you attempt to attack two enemies when they are very close to each other.

Use Finisher Skills to quickly reduce the number of enemies, so don't use finisher skills when there are few enemies except if it is the last wave. Just wait for the next or last wave to use the Finisher Skills. Less number of enemies equals less wave difficulty.
