Castle Bane Tip #1: Grade Up.
Each unit can be upgraded by spending Soul Fragments to strengthen its capacity, upgrades, and you can acquire new skills.

Skill levels can only be raised to the current level of the unit.

Raising the skill level requires RA scrolls and Skill scrolls, which can be acquired through an event quest or mission.

You can level up Units by acquiring the experience value from clearing quests, and using the XP Tome in the Unit Menu > Details > Level Up menu to raise the level of the unit tier list.
